By registering for or attending UP AI Summit 2026, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register for or attend the event.
UP AI Summit 2026 is scheduled to be held on 23rd–24th May 2026 at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The organizers reserve the right to change the date, venue, or format of the event with reasonable prior notice.
Registration is complete only upon successful payment (where applicable) and receipt of confirmation email. Delegate passes are non-transferable unless specifically approved by the organizers.
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the event. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
The event may be photographed, recorded, and live-streamed. By attending, you consent to being included in official event media. Personal photography and recording are subject to event guidelines.
The organizers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by attendees during the event. Attendees attend at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.
All content presented at UP AI Summit 2026, including presentations, materials, and branding, remains the intellectual property of the respective owners. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
